Pricing Questions

Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice and we'll arrange a make-up lesson at no charge. Monthly plan subscribers receive one make-up lesson per month included in the plan. We send automated reminders 24 hours before each lesson. For same-day cancellations, we handle situations on a case-by-case basis — we understand life happens.
Yes. Families enrolling two or more students receive a 10% discount on the second and subsequent students' monthly or semester plans. Contact us when enrolling to have the sibling discount applied to your account.
Yes. Music lesson gift cards are available in any denomination — a perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion. Contact us at hello@dallasmusicteacher.com or (214) 555-1234 to purchase a gift card for someone you love.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and ACH bank transfer. Monthly plans are set up for convenient auto-billing on your enrollment date each month. We do not require a card on file until after your free trial lesson.
Absolutely. You can upgrade from single lessons to a monthly or semester plan at any time with no penalty. We'll apply any recent single-lesson payments toward your plan balance where applicable. Many students start with a single lesson to explore, then upgrade to a plan once they're hooked.
